Bethan is currently studying harp and piano at the Royal College of Music, London. She has been principal harpist in the North Wales Youth Orchestra since 2010 and has recently been appointed principal harpist in the Young Musician's Symphony Orchestra resident at St. John's Smith Square, London. Bethan received her ABRSM performance diplomas in both harp and piano in 2013.
The Innocent are a dual creation of Adam Howes and Dhugal Fulton. Together they create music that draws influences from classical, folk, rock and sometimes even jazz backgrounds. This eclectic mix of styles has helped them create music that is both emotionally and artistically compelling, and attracts fans from Seattle to Serbia.
Aled Smith is a composer from Wrexham studying for a PhD at the Royal Northern College of Music with Adam Gorb and Emily Howard. Aled is a Royal Philharmonic Society Young Musician after winning the RPS ‘minicommission’ competition in 2013.
Robert Guy is Artistic Director of the award winning NEW Sinfonia and Tutor in Conducting at the University of Huddersfield. In June, Robert accepted an invitation to be ‘Conductor in Residence’ at the ‘Inspire Arts Festival’ held in Jeju, South Korea.
Clarinet / Ensemble Manager
Jonathan is a clarinettist who studied at the RNCM and graduated with distinction from the MMus Solo Performance degree. He is the Bass Clarinettist with the Immix Contemporary Music Ensemble based in Liverpool and can be heard on their recent record "Transition".
